Wrist-watch sized activity monitor that also records Ambient Light Levels

The Actiwatch-L shown above is the same size and weight as our standard Actiwatches. The on-board light sensor gives you information about the light exposure your subject has encountered as well as their activity level. When you need to know if your subjects are getting the light they need, there is no easier way to find out!

Light data are displayed along with activity data in Actiware Software

Light data in lux appear in yellow right behind the activity information in both Actiware-Rhythm and Actiware-Sleep

Specific light exposure information can be calculated in the Light Analysis module of Actiware

Select any period of light data to determine average light exposure, maximum exposure and time above a reference level that you select. The same values for each day of recording are also automatically calculated.
