Q. Do you take credit cards for purchases?

A.  Yes. We do not have an online ordering system yet, but you may call or fax your order with credit card info.


Q. Are you a distributor?

A.  No. We are a manufacturers representative. We represent a variety of companies in a geographical area, but we do not stock equipment.


Q. Do you offer resale discounts?

A.  As a general rule we offer discounts for quantity, and in some cases for trade-ins of old or outdated equipment.


Q. What areas do you cover?

A.  This varies somewhat with our manufacturers, but for the most part we cover Texas, Oklahoma, and Western Louisiana.


Q. Do you provide service?

A.  Since most of the instrumentation that we sell is high tech it generally requires factory personnel to repair. Some of our customers send their technicians to our manufacturers to get this type of training. Pricing and scheduling is available on request.


Q. Do you offer start up assistance and operation training?

A.  In many cases start up assistance is included with the price of the instrument. Due to increase travel expenses there may be some small additional charge, your sales person can help in determining this.


Q. Do you export?

A.  Yes, we can export most of our instruments provided there are no federal restrictions in place at the time.
